• two pounds of ground beef
• small onion cut into small squares
• small red bell pepper, also cut into small squares
• a can of pinto beans
• three large tomatoes, cut into small pieces
• four ounce tomato sauce
• one-fourth cup Chili powder
• salt and pepper
• garlic powder

Optional Ingredients:

• Jalapeno pepper
• Red pepper flakes

Preparation Instructions:

Put salt and pepper on the washed ground beef. Make it even by mixing it using clean hands. When everything is already settled, preheat oil in a pan and put the beef and salt and pepper mix. Let it turn into golden brown. Remove the excess fat that dripped from the beef. In the same pan, put the red bell pepper and onion. Let these additions be cooked and tender. After, add the other ingredients including the tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce and the different types of chili. Let it boil for a couple of minutes. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes more after boiling.
