• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
• 10 ( steemed, chopped and seeded) dried ancho chiles

Preparation Instructions:

Take note that this menu for Fusion Chili is good for 12 servings only. You can make the necessary changes to the amount of ingredients if you will prepare less or more servings than the suggested above. To begin cooking for Fusion Chili¸ you can make use of small bowl. Make sure that you will soak the chilies in vinegar and in water. It will take about 30 minutes. Once it will already be soaked, you can put it into the food processor or a blender in your home until such a time that it will be smooth. This process may take about 5 minutes.
