Then, you can already stir the green bell pepper and then the onion. You can sauté it for the next 5 minutes. After that, you can put pepper and salt but this is just according to your taste preference. You can then add the mushrooms, beans, chili powder and then the beans to it. Make sure that you mix it well. Then, let it simmer for about 20 minutes for up to 1 hour but you should use low heat at this point. The amount of time for the simmering depends to how much thickness you like for this menu.
